Ordering Information

Waterdog Spirits, LLC uses a portion of the proceeds from the sale of Black Lab™ Vodka merchandise to support Lab Rescue Organizations.

Ordering from the BLV Site

To order an item simply select the design you want from the pull down menu, if applicable, and add it to your doggy bag.  Quantity adjustments can be made at checkout.

Ordering Club Lab™ or BLV Apparel from the Cafe Press Site

If you want to order our new BLV or Club Lab™ apparel, you will order directly from cafepress.com/zeppa and cafepress's terms and conditions are posted there. Neither Waterdog Spirits, LLC nor Zeppa Studios, LLC handles the fulfillment of any orders placed at cafepress.com...we don't collect the money, we don't ship the items, etc. Cafepress.com will handle all of that, and you can feel secure ordering from there either on-line or by calling them.

Payment

Orders are processed via a Secure Server.  We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

Confirmation

You will receive an automated e-mail copy of your order.  (Please make sure your spam filters are adjusted to accept emails from blacklabvodka.com and/or foxycart.com)  Please review it for accuracy and if you find any errors, contact us with your corrections.

Shipping

Items ship via UPS from Pearisburg, VA within 3-5 days of receipt.  If an item is temporarily out of stock and shipment will be delayed, we will contact you.  If UPS is unable to deliver to your address (P.O. Boxes, etc.), we will contact you for an alternate address.  Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your address and shipping speed preference.  International shoppers should select International Priority Mail.

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your order you may return any item to us within 30 days of purchase for exchange, credit or refund using the shipping label on your receipt.  We are unable to refund shipping charges.  If something arrives damaged in transit, follow the instructions on your receipt.

Sales Tax

Virginia residents will be charged 5% sales tax on their purchases and shipping.
