The BLV Stimulus aka Capitalism 101

It's simple! Buy Low, Sell High!

March 2012
Assorted Venues

Here's how it works. You buy a bottle of BLV for just shy of $40.00 and you auction it off for $1900.00. Then you do it again. So that's $80.00 out and $3800.00 in...WOOF!. That is exactly what the Vernal Utah Chapter of Safari Club International (SCI) did at their March 14 Fundraising Banquet.

Virginia ABC

A couple weeks later, across the country, the Connecticut Chapter of SCI auctioned off a bottle for around $300.00. Not quite as spanky a rate of return, but they didn't stop there. The Southbury Crowne Plaza Hotel Bar completely sold out of BLV that evening!

SCI doesn't have a monopoly on BLV Stimulus. Denny Rowley of Lake County Pro Pheasants in South Dakota writes, "Wow vodka went over great. We averaged $150.00 a bottle on 12 bottles." Let's see thats a little more than a $1300.00 total "profit" for pheasant habitat.
